This item was a 4 pack of ink for an HP printer. The photo and description led me to believe I was purchasing brand new HP ink cartridges, not refilled cartridges. Photos show brand new HP packages of ink and what I received was refilled ink cartridges in clear plastic bags. The ad did not say anything about refills. The price is also very close to full price from the store which led me to believe I was getting a slightly good deal. Many other vendors sell these ink cartridges at a much lower price, I would have purchased from them if I wanted refilled ink. I want to return this ink for a full refund, including return shipping. I also think Amazon should force the Ad to indicate that these are refilled cartridges! I am especially upset over the fact that I ordered these, waited for them, and then they are not what I ordered. Now I do not have the use of my printer because I have run out of yellow ink. I will be posting a negative response later today on this Ad. I am very disappointed!
