Update- Box finally gave up, the lock goes work at all. I had to drop it on the spine to make the mechanism release. On the hunt for a new one. I've only had this Lockbox since August and we had to break into it today to get our stuff out. The combination lock signaled it was working by flashing green and the center release would move but it wouldn't open. Tried the key the same thing. During the process of breaking into it, the lock release went all exorcist on us and just started spinning.
