I have had several problems with this chair, starting right from when I got it. When it arrived one of the arm rests was broken. I called their replacement hotline and was told they would send a replacement in a couple days. I waited for a little over 2 weeks and still had not gotten my replacement part. When I called them to ask what happened they said they were out of the part and it could be up to 6 weeks before I would get a replacement and they wanted me to call back then! Not only did they lie to me about the part being sent out, but then they want ME to call THEM back when they get a replacement available? How am I supposed to know when they have a replacement part? Then after owning the chair for just about 2 months, the hydraulic lift that keeps the chair up began to fail and it slowly lowers down on it's own. If you swivel at all it makes it lower faster. So now I have to put several towels in my chair to raise me up to the level I'm supposed to be at. Speaking of towels, you'll need something to add cushion. The char padding is not very thick and it hurts after sitting on it for any length of time. Additionally, the arms don't adjust, so good luck with that. The only good thing I can say about this chair is that it looks good. But it's very uncomfortable, breaks, and there aren't any replacement parts. Buyer beware.
