Absolutely horrible product and even worse customer service from Zinus. First off, understand your warranty means nothing. If you have a issue with this item like not fully expanded like we did, then you are at the absolute mercy of Zinus. You can request a return via Amazon but how are you suppose to repackage a mattress? Yeah you cannot. We have had this mattress out of the box for 10+ days now and the corners are still compressed and the mattress has a bad slant to one side. We contracted Zinus direct to respolve the issue and after about 10 minutes on hold some one finally picked up the phone. I explained that I purchased it on Amazon and that it had not expanded and was told I more then likely have a defective mattress. Great. Was asked to send copy of receipt and pictures and I did that. Days later still no reply from Zinus customer service. These are China based mattress so I guess I should not have expected good quality.
