If it wasnt for the Bona spray mop leaking the whole bottle of cleaning solution on my floor...I'd give it a 5☆ But it LEAKS! I emailed the company and they quickly sent me a new one. The new one LEAKS TOO!! I have not delt with Bona about the replacement leaking. I'm going to do that very soon. Unless they fix the leaking problem I would suggest NOT BUYING the Bona UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED!
