GARBAGE!!!.......I just received a new package of this "hair catch" and went to replace the old/used one....only to find that the old one had broken off into the drain! I assumed it was doing its job all this time, and that I'd pull out a chain covered in hair. The plastic flower on top of the drain has never moved, so it was a surprise to find that, upon removing the drain cover, the chain had RUSTED APART and broken, with just two of the little ball links remaining.....so now there is, I guess, a big glob of hair, plus metal chain and plastic hooks....holding the whole mess together....somewhere down the pipe - a situation worse than had I used nothing at all. Now I must return the package I've just received.
