Almost a 3 out of 5 ... that ending tho
Above average cinematography for a horror film. Decent acting, though the kid was cringe at times. Completely falls apart the last 20 minutes. Some VERY cool ideas and I honestly would recommend to watch this if it was free on netflix if you were a horror fan. But I wouldn't recommend to pay money for it. It had one of those endings where there is a cliff-hanger. A "how are they gonna get out of this alive!?" moment. And then cut to: "we not gonna show you but they are fine. Trust us. It makes sense just don't think about it."
One of my biggest pet peeves. Don't cheat the audience. Don't put your characters in a crazy cool awesome dangerous situation and then just TADA us and not show how they escape. Ugh.....
