I am very sad to write this review. I have been wearing and purchasing Fitflops for more than 10 years. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day long. Wearin Fitflops has been a savior for me. No lower back pain, no arch pain and especially when I had plantar fasciitis they were the only things I could wear. They have been my go-to in flip flops, as well as shoes, and I loved their boots. I have about seven pairs of their boots, too many flip flops to count and about 5 pairs of their shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes. They used to be made with high quality materials. The flip flops were just great and I could walk for hours in them. The last few pairs I bought I have had to return. They have changed the fit of all of their footwear and not for the better. They are just not comfortable anymore. They are made with cheap materials. The sole used to have just the right amount of flexibility and support, but now they are just hard and not flexible. The "leather" is just junk, thin, hard and low quality. Even the lining is cheap foam like material. So disappointed. All the best characteristics of the shoes have changed. I don't understand why the company would make such huge changes in such a great product. They have lost me as a customer. I do not recommend them. Gave 1 star cause I had to to submit review.
