Didn't buy from Amazon. Used once, going back pronto! I've already replaced it with a Cuisinart--after owning 4 Keurig machines. This thing is the Edsel of coffee makers. A sensor to make sure you only buy Keurig brand? Well this ex-Keurig customer isn't buying. Another example of a company so concerned about its bottom line that it overlooked the hole it drilled in the bottom of the boat. The company wasn't happy to sell machines and a lot of coffee. It wants to sell machines and all the single serve coffee/tea. Big mistake as far as I am concerned. I won't be buying their machines or their coffee anymore, so it lost twice. Keurig 2.0? Should have called it Keurig Negative 2.0 because it is definitely a step in the wrong direction. If negative stars were available, I would give anything Keurig 2.0 negative 100 on a scale of negative 10 to positive 10.
