Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased two of these on December 19th. Here it is February 9th and one of them no longer functions. The window to return is very short...expired on December 31st. So...less than 10 days after the window to return the item expired, I am not able to return. It is a great product when it works, but to have it break this soon is a waste of money. When you turn it on, it shuts itself off after 20 to 30 second. I will have to contact Amazon to see if they will still allow the return or whether the company will stand behind the product. I will update this review and let you know. Update: I contacted Amazon customer service...and they were great. They will accept both back in return. After reading all these reviews...I see others have had similar experience with the product so I decided to return both. I always read the reviews before I purchase something, but I thought in this case the good reviews outweighed the bad enough to go ahead and buy it. However my experience has been more consistent with the bad reviewers'. Amazon, being customer oriented as they are, is making it possible for me to still return both of them. BRAVO Amazon!
