I was very excited about this trimmer, read great things about it in reviews. Even wirecutter recommended it so I figured it must be good. Initially it performed really well. a few hair got pulled here and there while trimming my beard but no biggie. Battery life was great and I was really impressed with it. A few months in, it started getting rusted. I read about warnings of rust in reviews, but no problem, as long as it's working fine. A few more months in, less than a year since I purchased it, it stopped working. It has a 5 year warranty, but the amazon page says contact manufacturer directly. Getting in touch with Wahl is painful. I have not received a single response yet, and I've gone from really liking this product to really disliking it. I'm gonna think twice now before buying any Wahl product considering how poor their customer service is. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
