I am an RN who has been working in environments where Covid is a known hazard and where I have had access at work to KN95s. These are definitely NOT KN95 quality. They collect all the condensation of the breath inside the mask and become wet in minutes. That is NOT normal for a KN95. Once wet, the layers (if even authentic) do not work as they are intended/supposed to for trapping particulate matter or say, viruses. These may be better than a poor fitting surgical mask, and possibly a cloth mask (depending on quality, thread count, fit, etc.), but I would bet these would not meet the standards they claim. Don't waste your money.
