I’m pretty unimpressed with my purchase. The lack of any IR or zoning, like my Ring products, means this thing goes off night and day, unless I turn the sensitivity so far down it picks up nothing. Every blowing leaf or reflection off the pavement is another alert. I would not buy again. Update: Customer Service is terrific and very responsive, but nothing so far is helping. My front porch cam continues to go off with every leaf blow, but somehow didn’t go off when a 250 pound Fedex guy dropped off three boxes on a dolly. It’s been very frustrating. Update 2: Euphy sent a new home base with AI “Face Recognition” but the results are the same if not worse. I walked passed my camera three times with no alerts but when the trees blow in the wind it goes off. This product seemed rushed to market and simply doesn’t work.
