Proceed with caution, do your own research - this product exceeds the maximum safe dose!
I have asked the question on here if this product is safe (no response received) as it exceeds the maximum recommended dose (In USA and UK) of Vitamin D of 4000UI, this product contains 5000UI, I'm more than happy to be corrected about this, if someone wants to explain to me how this product is safe I'm good with that.
The label on the back clearly shows it contains 625% of the Vitamin D3 required daily value, and for most people this may or may not cause a problem, but a quick bit of online research shows that high doses in excess of the recommended maximum limit may cause serious health problems for some people, health problems that may not even appear until some time in the future, I'm not willing to take this risk.
I've been tracking my daily food intake on the Cronometer app and when I record my consumption of one soft gel of this product my Vitamin D is shown to be way high in the red danger zone.
