The suitcase arrived in a plastic bag inside of a box. No instructions. The suitcase was locked. Again, no instructions, so I could not open it. I looked on the product page on Amazon. No instructions. I read the questions and the answer to this very question was: It comes with instructions. It did not. I Googled and found a site with many TSA locks. Tried what it said for a lock that looked the same. Nothing. It's really irresponsible to sell a product with no instructions, making the product useless.
