Ordered three of these doorbells. One works fine the two other doorbells have burnt up three transformers in 2 days. I'm an electrician by trade and worked at a power plant for 27 years. The one working correctly is on a 40 volt amp transformer. The two other cameras that destroyed the transformers were on 30 volt amp transformers. All of the transformers were within specifications per the device. Also in the device health report for the doorbell that is working shows poor voltage in the ring app???? All of the doorbells were being wired for surveillance only no doorbell chimes installed on any of the items, all with separate transformers.
