Deliver and packaging worked well for delivery. The issue I had with the plant was the scale infestation that came with it. The scale almost killed the young plant, and it got down to just one scraggly leaf before I figured out what was going on. The scale bugs it came with did an excellent job of mimicking the young bark but the thing that finally gave it away were the black ants that invaded the plant and began harvesting the honey dew and farming the scale bugs. After babying it for almost a year it is finally starting to bounce back. Pleas check your plants better for harmful insects before shipping.
