Ordered 8 ft length shade to hang on 10ft porch. The wand to raise or lower the shade is only 4ft. Can't reach the shade to raise or lower it with such a short wand. NO OPTION for a longer wand on Amazon. Went to CoolRoo website to buy 6ft wand. Bottom line, they want over $30 bucks for one. RIDICULOUS! Not going to do it! The solution is to offer for sale the longer wand on Amazon at a reasonable price. Even better allow your customers to select a wand length when they order the shade and include it together. This oversight deserves the one star because they know this issue exists from my reading other reviews.
