I am a PRIME MEMBER, The chair came with two critical parts missing. I've been trying to deal with a factory representative locally as there is no contact information other than a factory authorized rep to replace the critical missing parts. So far it has been frustrating and I've received no satisfaction.. The photos attached are of the missing guides that were not included in the original shipment. The chair is ripe for a return but packing and shipping would be prohibitive. The wheels are made of plastic and I suppose it is a cheap alternative to a more expensive wheelchair and the patient will be fully recovered by the time I suspect the parts will be provided. As it stands, it is unsafe to sit in and move about in. Very disappointing.
