(This is a duplicate review of this and another birdhouse I purchased from Amazon.) We bought two different type birdhouses from Amazon at Christmas 2013, deployed them to the backyard in early January '14. The first thing you should note is they are quite small, the size is listed in the Ad but when they arrived I was still surprised at how little they are. Oh, they were cute when new, no doubt about it. It is now 3 months later and the paint is peeling, glued on window frames are falling off and in general these are falling apart rapidly. Our weather in Southern California has been mild, the birdhouses are in a partly shaded part of our yard and I am astounded at how fast these expensive, but cheaply made, items are deteriorating. Too late for a refund but I had to write this review to warn prospective buyers. I have included a video. Unless you are going to put these up indoors or under a sheltered area ... SAVE YOUR MONEY...
