You are not getting 400mg of Magnesium Glycinate - its a mix.
The label on the product is actually correct, but it is misleading. It says 400mg Magnesium, as the glycinate. The glycinate is about 14 percent equivalent to elemental magnesium. So you will also notice one ingredient is magnesium stearate. From this label I can't be sure how much gluycinate you are getting but it seems you are getting some glycinate and some stearate to give the 400 mg Mg. No huge deal, but the glycinate is better absorbed, and causes less loose stools. Its also more expensive, which might explain why it is not 100 percent glycinate. A 400mg glycinate capsule / table would be huge. These are easy to swallow you just aren't getting all glycinate. Most of the products I looked at have this same issue containing additional mag oxide or stearate. One did not. That was Omnibiotics Magnesium Glycinate. Read your labels folks!
