This was the second time I used the steamer. The first time seemed fine, there were a few water spurts, but it’s a steamer and I figured it would happen. Today I used it and burned my hand, causing me to jump and almost drop the steamer! I thought maybe I filled too full, even tho I was careful to not go above max water line, so I tried again with less water. Still did it. Tried it again with water half full. Did it again. Tried again with the water less than half and recorded the video. Did it again. You can see from the video this is NOT a small amount of water spurts, it was less than half full and it was upright the entire time. Out of tons of Amazon orders, this is the only return I have ever made.
