The bag is pretty good-looking, a nice blend of casual and professional with a sensible assortment of pockets and zippers, etc. It has been my everyday work/leisure bag for about a year and the leather has aged nicely. Unfortunately two pieces of metal hardware broke apart in the last month (one of the rivets holding the top strap to the bag, and one of the rotating buckles on the side-strap). "No worries," I thought, "Samsonite is a reputable brand and they should stand behind their products." There is a three-year warranty on this bag, but when I go to Samsonite's website to create an RMA, it auto-populates the date of manufacture to 2011 (the label stitched into the bag clearly states it was made in March of 2016. I'm not going to fight with them about it but this is a disappointing result; I could have bought some Chinese funny-brand bag for half the price and gotten the same "disposable/commodity" experience.
