Purchased a beautiful Red Freeze dryer from Harvest Right. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to process a batch for a couple of months now due to errors. I purchased a new pump and a new Touch screen but now I’m having heating and freezing errors. Tech support stopped returning my emails. I have asked my friend to cancel her order and I would ask you to do the same. It’s a really expensive machine and without the support to help keep it running, it’s not worth the headaches.
