This printer was a huge disappointment. I treated it well and tried contacting Brother for support, but never got any assistance and eventually gave up. After I'd had it about a year, with moderate use, it started to claim repeatedly that I had to clean the printer heads. Literally every other time I was printing the job would stop and the printer would claim the print heads were jammed. Brother Support had no help for me, just explaining the process of cleaning the printer heads, which I already knew how to do, having done it so many times. I was using name-brand ink cartridges, to no avail. Next up came the interminable paper jams. Out of nowhere this became the new problem: every other print job, the paper would become jammed. I would free it, try printing again, it would print, and then next time, jammed again. So frustrating and no solutions offered.
