I received this product on March 13, 2020; just under one month ago. My husband and I both floss regularly and use the waterpik, on average, 2-3 times per week, respectively, to maintain a more thorough cleaning (I have a bonded tooth, so the waterpik helps flush any food residue from my gum line). I noticed over the course of the past 1.5 weeks that the power seemed to be fading, which was surprising because we've had the waterpik for less than one month. Initially I thought I had finally gotten the hang of the thing (it started off pretty wild!) but turns out the batteries were just dying. I went to use it tonight and no water came out. We had opted for the namebrand waterpik because we expected a quality product but we should have just gone with the bootleg brand that was actually rechargeable and came with several brush heads and a USB charging port. Furthermore, due to Covid-19 I cannot go to the store to drop it off for return. Total disappointment. Do not recommend.
