Great concept, but a total fail.
I only tried airfrying chicken wings with it. Max temp 344 on the drip pan directly above the heating element. Air temperature much less. At the end of the 18 minute cycle there was no crispness of the skin and the internal temperature was 132-136 depending the piece.
I was so sure Emeril wouldn't pedal junk, that I didn't keep the packaging or I would return it. My bad.
