When first received product, it worked smoothly. Rolled without problems. Completed the 21 day challenge without difficultiy. Let me add I used it everyday as the maxi challenge app as a guide. I'm at 5'1" weight 140 lb. When I decided to give the 21 day challenge another shot, the right side roller was bumpy, and not a smooth glide as before. When I took it apart to see what happened, I noticed the wheel had been worn down and part of it chipped off. I contacted their customer service several times via phone first which they never answered. Then through email. To which it took them a week to reply. After multiple replies back and forth, they finally agreed to send me replacement rollers, as they do not sell replacement parts. It took almost 2 weeks for the rollers to get here. I put them on without problems. Resumed the challenge. But today have noticed the same unsteadiness now on the left side. I'm disappointed in the quality of this highly advertised product. It had great potential but the rollers wear out without much exertion.
