Perhaps this product serves the purpose of others, but the reviews were quite misleading. It is simply a water kettle, with a different nose. So the water is constantly bubbling, and if you tilt slightly forward it spills. I was previously using a Conair, and used it to iron the folds of my bedsheets after I made my bed, and my pillowcases. This product didn't suit my needs at all. You cannot control the steam flow either, and due to the tiny water compartment, you cannot complete ironing one large-men-sized garment. It also collects the threads from garments that my Conair doesn't. I do accept, perhaps a closer look of the description would have saved me the hassle. Though from the pictures or descriptions it is still not clear that water pours out if tilted too far forward, unless I missed it. I couldn't return it, because you are required to pay for shipping, and so all I would save would be $12. That was admittedly my personal fault for not checking return policy. Majority and reputable amazon sellers offer free returns, but you still have to be careful. I've purchased a Conair now, from Costco, and it's portable, efficient, does my sheets, has a nifty stand that my previous model lacked. I love it.
