Purchased this product to use on our patio as it seemed perfect for our space. The center tube that supports the top to the base cracked making the table unusable. Contacted customer service who asked for original receipts and photos of defect. Sent both and then didn't hear back for 3 months. Was offered a fractional refund instead of a replacement. I was told this was all they could do. Sad that Keter cannot make reliable products and even worse that they won't honor their warranty. I would definitely look elsewhere for a better product and a more honest company who stands behind their products.
