I PUT 3 BOTTLES, (that is 9 pounds & $30.00) OF THIS STUFF (all at once) IN AN AREA APX. 35 X 35 ft. (my garden area) & IT DID NOTHING!!! CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO FIND 3 CAT SH*TS & A DOG SH*T. As far as the sent, I loved it, but then, I love spicy stuff :) On a side note, the thing that worked for me, (for the stray cats) was simple, I got 4 of those cheep door mirrors from wal-mart ($25.00 total) & put them on the ground facing my garden, I have not had 1 cat sh*t since. (dog did not care) :)
