this cam came without power cord. It needs hard wire ethernet cable only I was told by tech support. When I plug in the ethernet cable from my duel router it did not power the cam. Kwing L emailed me back with a diagram with a whole different type of set directions. Cant power without poe network switch, poe splitter and non-poe device.
