Your child could get sick! A poor design leaves several open 'holes' on the backside of this toothbrush. I noticed grey/black grunge building up in the holes so I set about cleaning it. Well, after five minutes with hot water and tapping it against the side of the sink, this much disgusting grunge came out of that toothbrush...right on the portion of the brush that is IN his mouth for minutes everyday. Gross. I won't buy this again and caution you against it - and hope you'll check for similar flaws on your kids' toothbrushes.
