This TV was cheap but has some real issues, it takes a long time to boot after it had been turned off or unplugged, it freezes easily and then reboots, especially when using the digital antenna, it is not good with digital antennas at all it seems, it freezes a lot if it cannot load that channel. The big problem with this TV too is that its remote control has no keypad/numbers on it, so you have to rely on the built in Alexa in it to maneuver channels, it is very problematic. The Alexa has some real issues and is not always that smart in hearing you or knowing what to do, it often cannot understand a command or confuses them when you ask it to change channels. This TV is not good with cable companies remotes, we have to use both remotes to use the TV, we have Atlantic Broadband which is great, but we have to use their remote and the TV's remote to do all, it just is not well setup for these modern days, the TV has not idea about eh cable at all, since it uses one of the HDMI slots. They really need to make it more seamless to use with cable too. It was a decent price, but it has some issues for a "smart" TV. I want a partial refund, a bit disappointing for the money.
