The product itself was fine. Not my favorite Torani syrup, but not bad. The packaging, however, left a lot to be desired. As you can see from the photo, the bottle arrived with a chewed piece is gum attached to it. I feel bad complaining, as the vast majority of my Amazon orders arrive without issue. But it was pretty gross having to clean off a strangers gum before being able to open a food item.
