Bought this due to the overwhelming positive review. The first week was perfectly fine, I adjusted its firmness to my liking by taking some filling out, I couldn't be happier, thought I've finally found the perfect pillow. After a while (a month or so), I noticed I started waking up with neck pain/stiff neck. I wanted to keep trying with this pillow, so I tested out many levels of firmness, made many adjustments and gave each a test period. I slowly realized the cause of my stiff neck/neck pain is that the filling of the pillow is too hard to be comfortable. Literally felt like sleeping on lumps of something very hard. Now I'm back on the hunt for a new pillow. Learn from my experience: if you decide to try this pillow, be VERY mindful about this issue because it might not be apparent at first. Next thing you know it's past return window, and you'll be like me, stuck with a rock hard pillow.
