Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I loved these curtains until I washed them (according to the instructions). They absolutely fell apart (see pictures). I emailed the company, based on some other reviews, and they offered me 30% off. First of all, I spent over $300 on these curtains. Second of all, the reviewer mentioned above discussed their multi-year warranty. I did some basic searching, and every other site they advertise on offers 5-10 year warranties. I told the company, and they quit responding when I sent them the screenshots. Do NOT buy these.
