The Shark Ion works well when it works. I love clean floors more than I can explain and this seems like a great solutions until you start having issues. You have to clear cables, thick carpets ect which should be a part of your usual cleaning. The biggest issue I have had is with support from Shark. The company is split into several departments making it easy to reroute you to a different department until you give up. The app is mostly a remote for the robot but getting support is a nightmare, and dialing in isn't really any better. I really like the idea of the product considering the price point but I think I would have sprung for the Roomba if I knew I was going to have as many issues keeping it connected and scheduled.
