I bought this and used it for a week and it would no longer grind coffee beans. I called OXO support and they said the grinder would not work with ANY KIND OF OILY BEAN. I said I use Starbucks French Roast... and they said... oh... yeah... the grinder will back up tight and be unusable if you use that kind of coffee bean. They offered no solution... they did not call back when they said they would. THIS IS AN AWFUL PRODUCT. They don't warn you that it won't work with half of the coffee beans out there. I explained this would be a PR disaster when the public realized how useless the product is for anyone that grinds espresso or French roast or any other kind of oily bean. And they didn't seem to care.
