I practice Muay Thai and CrossFit type of training at least five days a week. I am not new to whey protein, and I take my nutritions very seriously. I recently found this product on Amazon and was curious how good this would be based on all the claims this company made. I wanted to try out first with a small batch such as 12oz, but unfortunately this company does not offer a smaller version, so I made an investment on 3lb based on this company’s claim-“100% satisfaction or your money back” on the description. I took this whey protein for a couple of weeks, but I did not see the similar effect that I normally get from other whey protein power. So I reached out to the company for their “100% satisfaction or your money back” offer. (At the end, $53 with no effect is a bit too much to for me swallow.) To my surprise, the company responded that they have never guaranteed any effects using this product and challenged me to prove that they did anywhere on the website AFETR THEY COMPLETELY DELETED the paragraph in the description stating “100% satisfaction or your money back.” What a business practice. The quality of the product is one thing, but the misleading was astonishing. I wonder what else on the description is not true. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to share with those who are interested.
