Whoever gave this product a good review obviously works for ZAP. It is a total lie. Look at the claims and pictures on their website. Heavy mold and mildew (who let's their tile even get that bad?) instantly restored to like new condition with ZAP. Let me tell you fellow consumers, it does not do anymore than plain water would. It is humid where I live and the grout gets discolored but not black with mold. Tried several times and it made no difference at all except leaving a harsh chemical odor behind. Also tried it on brass as they claim that as another application. It did nothing. If you can get something on TV these days, enough people like me will buy it and they make tons of money before the word gets out.
