Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Despite the bad/mixed reviews I bought this anyway, thinking I could use it temporarily. I went into the garage this morning to find it fallen against my car with clothes strewn all over the floor. I was not amused. One of the plastic supports at the bottom had broken in half (see photo) and dislodged one of the support poles. Obviously I will not be buying this garment rack again, but I doubt I will ever buy anything from this company again. I am disgusted by companies using shoddy, substandard materials just to make an extra buck.
