I placed an order (through Sodastream directly) the beginning of November and I still have yet to receive my entire order. I was told that two of the products that I ordered were "backordered", however, when I placed the original order it told me there was plenty in stock. I have contacted the company 7 times in regards to the remainder of my order (which, mind you, I've paid for in FULL already) and am getting the run around. First they told me I would have it in a week, then 2 weeks, now they aren't sure when. You'd think they would offer to refund a portion of my money or offer some sort of compensation for their error, but no, nothing. Getting a hold of someone at the company is a joke. They do not take customer service seriously. DO NOT order from Sodastream. I know there is nothing comparable on the market right now, but there will be soon. Just be patient and order from a company that wants your business and that understands the meaning of customer service.
