I loved the idea of these pens so much that I purchased 2. One for myself and one for my wife. mine stopped working after the third charge. when i contacted amazon they were very helpful, but just referred me over to adonit, where they made me jump through so many hoops. Each time i got a email for adonit there was long lists of everything i needed to complete before they would exchange it for a working pen. Even when the accociate admitted i had done nothing wrong and i was under warranty they made me fill out another questioner. after about the third time this happened i gave up. I now have a broken pen that doesn't take a charge and just wasted my money. I went from loving the company and wanting more, to a feeling that i was not appreciated as a customer. i would love to resolve this issue though adonit, but at the same time i not willing to waste anymore of my time with customer service associates that make my life more difficult.
