The overall is a great product, easy to use etc, ( my first one, have nothing to compare to. But the main reason i purchased this Tracki is the 5 second rate update. unfortunately it is not true. i found out after I read in some very disappointed reviews That Tracki used have the 5 second rate updated and they just all of a sudden cancelled it without notice. The Sad part, as of 2 days ago, when i purchased it, it is still in their description... i am not sure if they just forgot to update their description or simply they left it there intentionally. if the latter is the truth... then Tracki is simply lying, misrepresenting, switch/baiting... a Deceptive product. I hope that is not the case, may be i didn't understand something... still giving them the benefit of the doubt ..even though it is harder to believe otherwise
