this stuff has shown absolutely no results at all after using twice a day IN CONJUNCTION WITH INTENSE LOWER BODY TRAINING WORKOUTS 5x a week AND A HEALTHY DIET. I am not one of those people that buys supplements or products and expect miracles, especially not this type of product. However but to put in the hard work for 8 weeks and not show ANY progress or results whatsoever proves this stuff is a total scam. makes me question the legitimacy of all these glowing reviews...
