These used to be the best photo mailers. For years the product being sold on this listing by ValueMailers was the PAC MailJacket MJ-3 mailer. That was an excellent quality rigid mailer. I have ordered around 150 cases from ValueMailers and they were excellent. However -- the product being sold on this listing NOW is ValueMailers own mailer, and it's horrible. The weight is about the same, but the rigidity is not there. They are not flat -- out of the case, they are warped. They're also shorter than the MailJacket. If you're mailing an 11.5" document, the edge will be on the folded seam. I contacted ValueMailers asking if this was a permanent change, and was told, "yes this is our improved mailer." These "improved" mailers are not suitable for shipping photos. I've attached a photo of the old mailer (left) and the new mailer (right).
