Okay, so the first box was missing the accessories. I contacted Amazon and they send me a replacement. With the second, the screw mechanism that protudes through the handle dropped into the canister as I was attempting to attach the nozzle. The instructions were silent as to whether this was normal or what to do if it happened. I fished it out, stuck it back in and screwed the nozzle onto the stem, securing the part and presumably resolving the problem. Figuring we were good for take-off, I stuck in the canister (purchased separately as none were included), shook the thing a few times and with a bowl of ice cream at the ready took aim. Whipped cream went everywhere; the walls, ceiling, floor, stove top . . . I mean EVERYWHERE. The dog was in heaven. Me, not so much. I cleaned. I studied the instructions. I tried the next day, attributing the mishap to user-error. It wasn't. Another clean-up on aisle-nine. Have to assume the loose screw was dispositive. Also, when I opened the canister I noticed that half the cream remained unwhipped. In any event, I'm not trying again. This is going back.
