Buy only if you have very strong hands
I could not use these shears at all. They look nice and seems like well made, but they are so stiff and very hard to open and close! I returned these shears and bought Fiskars Easy Action Pinking Shears instead, and those are perfect.
If you know that you have very strong hands you may be happy with this tool, otherwise I would not recommend these shears.
