So the problem with these controllers is very unfortunate. I’ve had 2 Nacon Pro controllers and had just bought the new Nacon Pro 2 controller and have had this problem all three times. The back buttons, after a few months of use, begin to deteriorate and no longer press down and click, leaving the controller unable to be used at even a slightly competitive level. With the first two controllers after 3 months the problem would happen and I would be able to return it and get a new one no problem. With this new controller from this seller the return/exchange was denied even though I never dropped this controller, I never abused this controller. I simply used it how it’s supposed to be used. Heed my warning. DO NOT BUY THIS CONTROLLER FROM THIS SELLER! (Seller name: THE BEST ONLY). In 3 months time you might be like me and be stuck with a $150+ broken controller.
